How it works
Step-by-step instructions to connect your AI receptionist.
Step 1 — Sign up
Create an account on the site. Enter your email, name and password. No commitment.
Step 2 — Choose and pay for your subscription
Select the Standard or Enterprise plan. Payment by card; you can modify or cancel your subscription at any time from your client area.
Step 3 — Create your business
In your client area, add an establishment: name, type (restaurant, salon, etc.), address, description. Configure the welcome message and instructions for the AI (reservations, hours, appointments, etc.).
Step 4 — Confirm your business number
Enter the business number you want to use for call forwarding. This number must be confirmed for business use: in the interface, you'll need to validate the required elements for your business (number usage, activity type). Once the request is sent, we process confirmation within 48 business hours. You'll receive a notification when your number is validated and ready for forwarding.
Number confirmation delay
Within 48 business hours after sending the confirmation elements, your business number will be validated and ready for call forwarding.
Enable forwarding from your operator
Once your number is confirmed, configure call forwarding from your business line to our service. The following codes are common; they may vary by operator — check your operator's documentation or support if in doubt.
Full forwarding
All calls are forwarded to the AI receptionist.
Forward if no answer
Calls are forwarded to the AI only if no one answers on your line.
After activation, calls will reach our AI receptionist. Recordings, transcripts and extracted appointments or reservations will be available in your client area.
