Activate your AI receptionist in 5 minutes.
Step 1 — Sign up & Subscription
Create your account: enter your details in a few clicks. Choose your Essential or Business plan. Payment is secure via Stripe. No commitment: modify or cancel at any time.
Step 2 — Business Setup
In your client area, bring your AI to life: identity (name, address, business type), knowledge base (hours, menu, services, parking), custom instructions for reservations or specific requests. Our pre-filled templates help you get started instantly.
Step 3 — Validate Your Business Number
To ensure security and compliance, we validate your business number. Submit your business information in the interface. We validate your access within 48 business hours. You'll receive a notification as soon as your AI is ready to answer.
Step 4 — Enable Call Forwarding
Once your number is validated, you choose how the AI should assist you. You keep full control. See options below.
Step 5 — Managing Forwarding
Instant deactivation: to take full control back, dial ##61#, ##67# or ##21# depending on the option enabled. Status check: dial *#21# to verify if forwarding is active.
Number confirmation delay
Within 48 business hours after sending the confirmation elements, your business number will be validated and ready for call forwarding.
Enable Forwarding (The safety net)
Once your number is validated, you choose how the AI should assist you. You keep full control.
For the forwarding number, use international format without the "+" (e.g. 00334XXXXXXXX for a landline in southern France).
Option A: The Safety Net (Recommended)
The AI only answers if you're busy or unavailable.
If you don't answer (after 20 sec)
Dial *61*0033XXXXXXXXX# then [Call]. The AI picks up if no one answers.
If your line is busy
Dial *67*0033XXXXXXXXX# then [Call]. The AI takes the call if you're already on another call.
Option B: Full Reception
The AI handles 100% of calls (ideal during closure or holidays).
Systematic forwarding
Dial *21*0033XXXXXXXXX# then [Call]. All calls go to the AI.
Detailed instructions
Activate forwarding
Dial on your phone (landline or mobile) the code for your option, then press call. Replace XXXXXXXXX with the 9 digits of your Receptionfy number (without the leading 0). Example: for +33 4 12 34 56 78, dial *61*0033412345678#
Number format: 00 instead of +
On a phone keypad, the + symbol is not available. Use 00 for international: +33 becomes 0033. For a French number 06 12 34 56 78, the full format is 0033612345678 (no spaces, no 0 after 33).
Deactivate forwarding
Dial ##61#, ##67# or ##21# depending on the option enabled, then press call. Forwarding is immediately cancelled.
Check if forwarding is active
Dial *#21# then press call. The voice server will tell you if forwarding is active and to which number.
After activation, calls will reach our AI receptionist. Recordings, transcripts and extracted appointments or reservations will be available in your client area.
Real-Time Tracking
From activation, every call is an opportunity captured. Log in to your Dashboard to:

- •Listen to recordings to improve your service.
